How many copies do I send?

Each application must mail in 3 completed copies of the application and the resume.

Where on the web do I enter my information?

The State 4-H Office will notify you when the website is up and running to enter your applicants.
You can enter your information on the web my clicking on the following link after the notice has been sent:

What goes in the application packet?

Each application should be packaged in a folder with the following items:

1) P icture Page:

2x3 to 5x7 picture with the following information under it:
Name
Address
Age
County
District
Category(ies)

2) Application

Handwritten or typed

3) Resume

The resume should be no more than two (2) pages.
