Registration Fee
- There is a $60 registration fee for each of the three State 4-H New Professionals Orientation sessions. This fee includes: Lunch and refreshment breaks on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday;
- Tuesday dinner; and
- All teaching materials.
So as to keep this fee to a minimum, the actual expenses of each session are subsidized by the Department of 4-H Youth Development, and the North Carolina 4-H Development Fund.
For this event, the State 4-H Office is working with the University Accounting Office to test a new billing process. When you register, you will be prompted to provide the business address of the County Extension 4-H Professional to which an invoice should be mailed. Registrants are responsible for their own travel and lodging arrangements and costs. The hotel recognizes the current state rate for sleeping rooms. The hotel link is http://www.blueridge.pmcproperties.com.
If registrants desire a roommate, they should email a notice to the appropriate NC CES list serves to arrange.
